ah, yeah all that... but!! charlie always said one of the best defenses was just being aware so there was pretty intense surveillance on me and our operation we had our own private channels and stuff to talk to if not just telepathically thanks to Feldspar's help vampire things, you know

but cameras are a good surveillance. we can see if anyone's spying on us at least if we have cameras near the barrier. get some good ones that can see far out
talking to aurora about how she never warns us about troubling stuff would also be good. she knew there were more people than there should have been with the last arrivals

cameras would be good, but also even people who wouldn't mind keeping an eye out? like not exactly spies, but just maybe a network of trusted folks to be able to signal if something is up in case Aurora doesn't or can't too

i'm not sure with aurora. she maybe thinks she needs to deal with it because we're her responsibility or she doesn't see the problem but talking with her would be good. she does listen to people when they talk even if she doesn't always get it. like why putting a trolley through an island filled with snakes is not that great (if you can tell her why that would help. i couldn't)
a group would be good. there's a guy who told me he already does a look out? i think there's kinds of people who like to do that kind of thing but if it's in the case of a break in... i guess there isn't an easy way to tell if someone is off unless aurora can give us a heads up in some way. if they come through the hospital but... we would know if people are watching us outside the barrier again and having people willing to act if anything goes wrong is helpful
